This means that you do not have to pay anything and you do not have to give us your name.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Confidential &amp; discreet<\/h2>\n<p>Our staff must maintain confidentiality.This means that <strong>they are not permitted to pass information about you on to anyone else<\/strong>. No information is passed on to relatives either. This includes, for example, the topics we discuss together in our consultation.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Find out more &amp; get help<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Find out more about gambling and the risks associated with it.<\/li>\n<li>Work together with specialists to evaluate your gambling behaviour.<\/li>\n<li>Find suitable local support in your area.<\/li>\n<li>There are more specialists to help you take the next step that feels right for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Counselling in another language<\/h2>\n<p>Our employees provide advice in the following languages:<\/p>\n<p>German \/ Arabic \/ Russian<\/p>\n<p>By working together with interpreters and cooperation partners, we can provide you with counselling in the following languages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English<\/li>\n<li>Turkish (T\u00fcrk\u00e7e)<\/li>\n<li>Polish (polski)<\/li>\n<li>Vietnamese (Ti\u1ebfng Vi\u1ec7t)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You do not need to pay for any translation services.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Support for relatives<\/h2>\n<p><strong>It is<\/strong> <strong>important to have an honest conversation with the person you are concerned about<\/strong>.
